Massage Modality
Structure Specific Massage is a mixed modality massage that focuses on 3 major components of the body: muscles, fascia, and the nervous system. Light to deep touch and focus are used as needed in each area. This allows each session to be tailored to the individual client during each unique session.
These sessions utilize a blend of myofascial, neuromuscular, Swedish massage, lymphatic facilitation, and craniosacral techniques.

Policies
Cancellations / Missed Appointments - A minimum of at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed 75% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who cancel within 12 hours of scheduled service or who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. I understand that illness and emergencies do occur; last-minute cancellations will generally not result in a missed session charge; however, this decision is left up to the practitioner’s discretion. Late arrivals - The start of a late session will begin at the time of client arrival and end at the scheduled booking time. No additional time or fee change, from the original fee amount, will be granted for a shortened session due to late arrival and start time.
Fees and tips - Fees are as listed and tips are always welcome, but not required. Any tips will be paid forward towards any pro bono or sliding scale work that I do in the community.
