Elizabeth Kee

After 15 years as an architect, I have found that my transition into bodywork has not taken me that far from architecture after all. There is an adage in architecture that “form follows function,” and nothing could be truer of the body. Finding harmony between our body and mind is similar to achieving architectural harmony between form and function. I am deeply interested in how our bodies - our forms - are created by our functional experiences.

We carry with us a myriad of experiences that are written on our bodies and minds as complex expressions of ourselves. As a bodyworker, I am excited to delve into experiences that make each of my clients' bodies uniquely theirs and to humbly assist with the harmony and healing of body and mind.

In our sessions you will always be:

Seen, where you are in your journey today.

Heard, listening to your needs and desires during each session.

Valued, for the person you are today, the path you took yesterday, and your plans for tomorrow.
