Anchored Bodywork views the body and the mind not as a duality but as two parts of a necessary whole. Each is an anchor for the other as they ebb and flow with the current that is life. 

“You can’t step into the same river twice.” 

Body - Each client's body - each session - is different, and it is important to greet that body where it is at during that particular session. 

Mind - Each client’s mind comes to my table loaded with a lifetime of thoughts and beliefs. The goal is to help the body and mind harmonize and leave each session more connected.

Each body is unique and deserves to be treated as such.
